OPTIMALISASI STRATEGI PEMULIHAN UMKM BERBASIS ANALISIS SWOT DI DESA BINTAN BUYU, KABUPATEN BINTAN

Abstract

This research aims to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of MSMEs in Bintan Buyu Village and what the appropriate recovery strategy is for these businesses. The methods used in implementing community service through real work lectures are: conducting interviews, observation and documentation to obtain data and information. Next, the research was carried out in two stages, namely The Input Stage for IFE and EFE and The Matching Stage for the SWOT matrix. The research results show that strengths and weaknesses can be used as business control factors, while opportunities and threats can be used as considerations in business. MSMEs in Bintan Buyu Village already have sufficient internal strength and can use existing opportunities to avoid threats
