OPTIMALISASI KOMPETENSI SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA MELALUI PELATIHAN PENGEMASAN PRODUK UNTUK MENDUKUNG DAYA SAING UMKM DI DESA MALANG RAPAT

Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance the human resources (HR) competencies of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Malang Rapat Village through product packaging training. The training is designed to improve the knowledge, skills, and creativity of MSME actors in packaging products effectively, thus boosting the competitiveness of their products in local and global markets. Through a combination of theoretical and practical approaches, participants were provided insights into the importance of design and the appropriate selection of packaging materials. Although the results showed increased awareness about product packaging, the application of these skills has not yet had a significant impact on the quality and competitiveness of the products. This program has contributed positively to the development of MSMEs, but continuous mentoring is still needed to ensure more effective implementation
