Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki bagaimana motivasi kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Penelitian dilakukan di KSP Sejahtera Mandiri, dengan jumlah sampel 30 orang pegawai dari organisasi ini. Metode analisis data meliputi analisis regresi linier sederhana, perhitungan koefisien determinasi, dan uji-t. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh yang nyata dan menguntungkan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
