Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a very important role in economic growth in Lancang Kuning Village. MSMEs provide a positive value for increasing community income. This is reflected in the increasing number of MSMEs in Lancang Kuning Village. Sorghum is one of the Micro Small Business pilot products with the business name Sorghum Ibu Ririn. But unfortunately, Mrs. Ririn's MSMEs do not have good packaging and packaging labels so they need a change of packaging and attractive packaging labels so that their business can be better known to the outside community. This community service activity was carried out to help Mrs. Ririn's UMKM to improve brand management and product packaging. The methods used in this service activity are survey methods, direct interviews, training, socialization and direct assistance to MSME owners. The survey results show that in Mrs. Ririn's yam chips MSME, the obstacles are not yet having a product label, product packaging that is not appropriate so that it makes the product easily damaged and does not yet have a HALAL certificate. After making packaging innovations and more attractive labels, sales made by the two MSMEs have increased. In addition to experiencing an increase in sales, better product packaging also has a positive impact on the durability of the product itself.

Digital marketing, which is becoming a tremendous business phenomenon on the internet, allows companies to introduce and promote products more effectively. In Lancang Kuning Village, the community service mechanism for digital marketing involves planning, training, and evaluation. MSME participants, divided by business field, collaborate in planning training programs. During the activity, they understand how to promote products through digital media. The final evaluation provides feedback to MSME players about products and marketing strategies, including direct interaction with users through social media. It not only provides insight into the acceptance of the product, but also allows an assessment of the benefits and disadvantages of the product or marketing strategy that has been adopted

Therefore, KKN students in Lancang Kuning Village have the initiative to process leftover coconut materials to make coconut fiber crafts. Where this craft is carried out through training so that this activity can provide education and entrepreneurial interest in the Lancang Kuning village community in utilizing leftover materials. Training on Flower Pot Crafts from Coconut Fiber was held on Friday 03 November 2023 at the Lancang Kuning Village Hall with the training participant, Mrs. PKK, Lancang Kuning Village. PELATIHAN PEMBUKUAN SEDERHANA DAN MENGGUNAKAN APLIKASI SIAPIK PADA UMKM DESA LANCANG KUNING

This research discusses the challenges faced by micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Kunning Village, Lancang Harbor regarding recording financial transaction reports. A survey of economic stakeholders in MSMEs revealed that the problem is that it is still difficult for economic stakeholders in MSMEs to understand manual recording such as reporting income, expenses and budget planning. This initiative aims to provide training on the operation of the Android or iOS-based SiApik application issued by Bank Indonesia to record financial reporting transactions, as well as basic accounting manual training. Social service activities are carried out through consultation, training and guidance, especially to overcome the problems faced by MSMEs in Lancang Cangning Village. This activity was carried out to provide MSMEs with an understanding of basic financial and accounting reporting and to provide practical examples of the application of these training concepts.
